Sen. Leila de Lima is daring President Rodrigo Duterte to arrest her now just to end this “madness” and “sleepless nights.”
In an emotion press conference, de Lima said: “Tama na. Hulihin ninyo na ako ngayon. ‘Yun naman talaga gusto niyo. Ikulong ninyo na ako ngayon. I’m here. Do what you want to me, Mr. President. I will wait for you.”
De Lima told the President she would make a final stand in the country and that she has no plans of seeking asylum abroad.
“What am I supposed to do now? Tell me now. I’m not going to leave this country and escape anything because there is nothing to escape from,. I want to fight here in the country.
But Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II did’t bite into de Lima’s histrionics
[source]
