The convicts in the video are the witnesses presented at the House probe on the proliferation of illegal drugs in the New Bilibid Prison (NBP).
According to the convicts – Herbert Colanggo, Rodolfo Magleo, Noel Martinez, and Jaime Pacho – De Lima was involved in protecting the drug lords operating their illegal drug trade inside the Bilibid and that she regularly received millions of drug money during her time as the Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary.

In the viral video, the convicts can be seen singing a song called “Akala Mo Lang Yun” to De Lima. The video was reportedly shared by their lawyer Ferdie Topacio.
According to many netizens, the video shows that the convicts are not being forced by the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte into testifying against De Lima since they look very calm, relaxed and happy in the video.
“Tingin ko kaya nila ginawa to para patunayan na hindi sila tnotorture tulad ng sinasabi ni de lima,” a netizen wrote.
(I think that they made this video in order to prove that they are not being tortured like what De Lima said.)

On the other hand, several netizens slammed the convicts and their lawyer for seemingly mocking De Lima and making fun of her as she is facing serious allegations.
“Only in the Philippines!!! It's one thing that the government use them now to testify against de lima but to let these bad guys sing in front of international tv as a form of entertainment?” an online user lamented. [source]
